My friend Elizabeth lives in this cabin on 40 acres of wilderness, in the rolling hills of Readsboro, Vermont. She shares her space with an assortment of pets, and the local wildlife including a bull moose, bears, and hawks (one of which came into her home just last week).

Elizabeth calls her haven "midGard’n." This means the place between heaven and earth.

The first thing one notices when arriving at midGard’n is the color. Bright green rolling hills, multicolored flowers, purple door and red birdhouses greet the senses. It is truly an artist’s delight.
