ColorJoy Stole by LynnH Make your own ColorJoy Stole...
make a fabric far superior to the individual components. Knit in garter stitch and dropped garter, the only challenge in the knitting is working with the different textures.
This is a great project for a somewhat new knitter looking to branch out, or an experienced knitter looking for a relaxing but luxurious project. The end product will surely make you look like a million bucks!
You also learn about how to read your stitches in garter fabric, and how to pick up a stitch should you drop one as you work. You can choose to learn a provisional cast on if you wish, and there is a simple increase that is also covered in this full but exciting day. Check my Schedule page to see when and where this class is offered next. If you don't see it there, please write me and we'll see what we can do to set up a class at your convenience. You don't live close enough to take a class? This pattern is available separately on my Shopping Cart, or you can purchase a kit, containing five yarns and a pattern. |
