Cozy Corner Teapot Warmer (Tea Cosy) by LynnHThis tea cosy is lovely to look at, and a quick knit. It uses heavy worsted-weight yarn, and a simple but lovely textured rib with just a few rows of lace ruffle at the top. It comes in two sizes, which accommodates most any teapot you might own. This is a great project for those who love teapots, who want to dabble in lace without a big challenge, or those looking for a quick gift. I can usually finish one in a few days of casual knitting. You will need one 4oz skein of yarn. I chose Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride worsted, which comes in a rainbow of colors, has a great texture, and is very affordable. You will not need the whole 4oz. The cosy can be knit on circular needles or double pointed needles, whichever you prefer.
